At our stuido, we are dedicated to teaching the traditional Korean martial art of Hapkido. Our experienced instructors provide a supportive and empowering environment for students to learn and grow.

Our Vision

Our vision as a martial art school is to promote the art of Hapkido in our community, preserve the techniques that have been handed down to us from our instructors, and continue to educate our learners to achieve a high level of skill, respect, integrity, strength, and courage.

Hapkido (Korean Martial Art)

Hapkido is a unique martial art that teaches the practitioner to have complete control of the self defence situation with a minimal amount of effort and without unnecessary aggression or injuries to the defender or attacker. The study of Hapkido develops: strength, speed, agility, flexibility, coordination, discipline, sportsmanship, leadership, respect, peace of mind, self confidence, a winning spirit, character, and mind, body and soul harmony.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to a Hapkido class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and be prepared to practice barefoot on the training mats at the beginning. Will get you into your uniform soon after.

How often should I attend classes?

We highly recommend attending classes at least twice a week to see progress and improvement.

Is Hapkido suitable for all ages?

Hapkido is suitable for individuals of all ages, as our classes are tailored to accommodate varying skill levels and physical abilities. We believe that age 5 and up would be the prefect time to start.
